We are looking for a fresher and more experienced passionate WordPress Developer to join our team.

You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress plugins and theme customization.

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, content management systems, and basic SEO optimization.

As well as being able to work collaboratively and effortlessly with our team of designers and creatives to help bring their concepts and ideas to life.

Plus, working as a team to present ideas and website design concepts to our valuable clients.

Key Responsibilities as a WordPress Developer

  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
  • Establishing and guiding each new website’s architecture
  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website problems.
  • Use the latest web development techniques and standards, to create for all types of devices
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Assure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and homogeneous across web applications

Requirements for a WordPress Developer Candidate

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or similar relevant field
  • Sound understanding of WordPress Themes and Plugins
  • Experience in responsive WordPress Theme development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and WordPress CMS.
  • WordPress – Architecture and advanced concepts understanding and implementation in real-life projects.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  • Good understanding of one or more popular front end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc)
  • Able to create a theme from scratch
  • MySQL profiling and query optimization
  • Creative and efficient problem solver
  • Exposure to Project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Additional documentation & flow diagram preparation skills
