We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Consultant in Surat to help EnactOn expand its footprint across global IT, SaaS, and eCommerce markets. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and crafting solutions that align with client goals.

In this Business Consultant job in Surat, you will combine consultative selling, market research, and strategic account management to create tangible business value for our clients. You will represent EnactOn in conversations with founders, CMOs, CTOs, and growth leaders across multiple geographies.

As a Business Consultant at EnactOn, you will work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to design data-driven, ROI-focused engagement plans that help clients scale their affiliate, coupon, cashback, and performance marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound outreach channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, cold email sequences, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and web forms, and nurture them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Research and segment target markets, map buying committees, and identify key decision-makers within IT, SaaS, and eCommerce businesses.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, tech stack, and growth goals, and propose suitable EnactOn solutions.
  • Create customized proposals, pitch decks, and deliver impactful demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and account growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar), tracking activities, KPIs, and pipeline health.
