The individual assigned to the role of Upwork Bidder will have the primary responsibility of scouring the Upwork platform for job postings that align with the company’s expertise and capabilities, evaluating them, and submitting bids to secure new projects and contracts.
It will be incumbent upon the Bidder to craft persuasive proposals that effectively highlight the company’s strengths and competitive edge, making them appealing to potential clients.
Furthermore, the Bidder will engage with clients, manage communication, and negotiate contract terms, all while representing the best interests of the company.
