Job Description

We are looking to employ an HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, HR Generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and training. Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling, and methodical in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities as an HR Executive

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Manage employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance reviews.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Record keeping.
  •  Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor/legal regulations.

Requirements for a HR Executive Candidate

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist (Thorough exposure of all HR concepts if you are fresher)
  • Thorough understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exposure to graphics design will be an additional plus.
